Taylor Richardson might only be 14 years old, but she has accomplished so much. Aside from training to be an astronaut, she is also a fierce advocate for representation for girls, and particularly girls of color in the STEM field. With the help of her mom, Toni, she launched an effort to help girls realize their dreams in a very impactful way.
